The cottage was in the perfect location making it walkable to the pier and nearby restaurants. Clean, had all amenities needed and love having the pool right outside the door.

We have stayed at the cottages many years and love the location and retro vibe of the area. We arrived early and were able to park, swim, and enjoy the local amenities as the cleaning team worked to prep accommodations on a busy turnover day. Everything was well appointed and our host was easily accessible when we reached out. We had a great stay.

This place was exactly what we like! Cozy, small, private and right across the street from the beach. All food, treats, drinks, and grocery were walkable. The pool was private and a great escape from salt water when needed. Neighbors were friendly and quiet. This small home has everything you need for a nice get away to the beach! Loved the porch and picnic table on it. We had 3 parking spaces available as well so no need to worry about losing our spots when we departed and returned. House was very clean had all amenities for cooking and cleaning when done. Easy door access no keys or cards to worry about when setting off to the beach. Loved it and would definitely return for future visits!

I enjoyed staying at this tiny cottage. It was clean, cozy and accommodating and a quick walk to the beach. I was able to sit outside on the covered patio to eat my meals or just relax in the fresh ocean air. Ladd is a responsive host. I definitely would choose to stay here again next time I need a beach get away.

We had the best weekend at this adorable little cottage. The pictures and description were 100% percent accurate. The walk to the beach was super easy. Restaurants were within walking distance. It was the perfect cottage in a perfect location. Will definitely keep this on my radar!

Me and my little family wanted a last min vaycay before we left back for work life, we found this air bnb in less than a day before booking it in which Ladd accepted our request almost immediately! And in less than 24 hours we were here. The little unit is ADORABLE, the beach vibes were amazing and we loved being able to walk across the street (literally) to the beach and have a delicious breakfast on the water. The pool was super clean and smelled great, it was a hit! Any questions we had he was able to help in a timely fashion. I loved how there was also extra shampoo/bath AND pool towels, toothbrushes,makeup wipes and extra snacks because I ended up forgetting almost all of that, and took the snacks for the ride home. This place is a perfect spot for a night or weekend getaway away, neighbors are super friendly and the whole little complex is great in general. Would recommend 10000000%!

Great location short walk to the beach, pier and restaurants, pool was wonderful, cottage was super clean,great front porch for sitting and storing beach gear. Washing machine and dryer was a bonus and their is no charge to use them. Only negative about this one bedroom cottage is that the bathroom is very small., i think it would be uncomfortable for a large plus size adult, but the place is super cute.

Location, location, location! Lots of walkable restaurants and a convenience store. The beach is close and easy to walk to. The house was so clean! WiFi was great! Host was prompt with responses! We will definitely stay here again!

This cottage was fantastic for us and our family trip! The cottage was super clean, close to so many things (including the pier!) and the pool was a much added bonus! Would definitely stay here again!
